I don't think Steve should be banned, but let's not mince words here; he's a terribly designed character with lopsided attributes that make him infuriating to fight against It won't just be a matter of "getting gud" to deal with (especially since Steve players will continue to get better too)...

It's not a boast, Joker is pretty damn mentally taxing to play (as you know) but also, the way he plays him where tries to overwhelm and get the first KO and snowball from there just isn't as effective as it used to be. His peak Joker played in a meta where people weren't consistently punishing...

I actually think the FP2 characters are mostly fine. It's Steve and Kazuya who are the big outliers. Kazuya's just not properly balanced from the ground up straight up, whereas Steve just needs a few changes to be in line with the rest of the roster (ie making sure he doesn't get 0~80%...

I can't really definitely say either way atm. It's just an initial gut feeling of mine. Steve is definitely a character to watch out for, to be sure.
