I got bopped at Super Bit Wars. I don't think I've played so poorly with G&W in a long time. I ended up having to switch to Cloud just to make it competitive because I didn't really know what to do against Corrin.

I'm heading out for Super Bit Wars 4 tomorrow so hopefully I'll have some VODs and such tomorrow evening. Making it out of pools is the goal.

With how often Bayonetta's seem to be pulling this one out, this is huge for us. I think it's actually the windbox on either side of the trampoline that does the killing @NotAsian. The same thing happens when you catch Sonic with it at the start of his recovery.

Totally forgot to toss in my tinkering. Fast-fall Nair worked on heavies but any mid-weight/fastfallers easily avoided Nair for obvious reasons or teched away fast enough to escape the string.

A misplaced Shadow Ball or charged shot from Samus are the only times I've ever been able to get a shield break (le oil panic) but I always use Fsmash or sourspotted Dsmash. Fsmash for power and Dsmash for easy offstage setups that can lead to a gimp.

Should have some solid VOD opportunities with Regi heading to Genesis 3 on Friday. I haven't seen his G&W since EVO so hopefully a deep run produces some good material.

DunnoBro also at least has some results as a DHD main. The big issue with Duck Hunt is that the fundamentally unwinnable matchups for him come against some of the more popular rushdown characters.

I've gradually split more of my time with secondaries than just straight up :4gaw: because playing G&W exclusively tends to bring out my worst habits via autopilot. I lean on :4duckhunt: and :4jigglypuff: a lot to get my mind loose before jumping back in with G&W if I find myself getting into a rut.
