If you can record a vid of yourself doing it in succession at least 3-5 times across FD, that would be amazing. If you havent done it before yourself, its pretty simple, and try it with Ike, his is really easy to do IMO. Havent experimented with many other chars yet, but Lucario also does it...

Although, tier lists are usually based entirely on individual performance, as they go by "who wins more often at tournaments", not "who is an all around better character". This is what really needs to change, and I think that is what OP means.
