Got a Wii U to play Smash 4 :D

Gaining interest back into playing Smash again from a long hiatus, getting a Wii U soon! :D

Thanks! I'll check out the U of C weekly meetings and probably will participate if there is a genuine interest in Smash 4 there. Just two things, is there an age limit to enter the weekly meetings there? Do you have to be a student there? Wow, I didn't expect to get so many replies on this...

Well, I'm glad that there is a big Smash 4 scene up here, because I love that game. Appreciate the advice, I will make sure to check up on Facebook for anything happening locally. Thanks!

Yea they don't have much interest for Smash 4 up here. I'm ok with playing Brawl if that's the only thing there but would prefer playing Smash 4 a lot more, as I am so much better at it.

I usually always get my butt kicked in For Glory, but, when the stars aline, I get a player who is worse than me and I just shrek them hard. I kinda feel bad afterwards but good at the same time because I know how it feels to get shreked hard, but I also feel good about winning.

I heard they're pretty much the same, but Pit's Upperdash sends foes straight up and his arrows are slightly better. Plus, I just like him because Uprising :) Really wanna main him, so I'm gonna practice a lot on For Glory online.

I wonder if there is any interest for Smash 4 in Calgary (besides Smash University, but only a few people show up and it's mainly focused on Melee and Brawl). I am interested in joining if anything comes up, but I'm still pretty young (16) and I don't think I am good enough yet. Just thought I...

I wish there was a way to map the controls to the D-Pad. It may not feel as solid as analog controls with the circle pad, but I'd hate to break mine, especially since I've heard that they're hard to replace.
