    honestly d-tilt is pretty bad on lucina from my experience. i think you're better off using a dash-pivot f-tilt or a jab in it's place. dtilt doesn't really combo or string into anything useful like ftilt and jabs do.

    As others said, looks like the stunlock disappears right at the end of the combo (before the spike). Sad ;[ On the bright side, dodging the spike requires an air dodge or some fancy DI, which makes their return to the stage somewhat difficult if you follow up properly.

    Marth's Ground Game

    you can't guarantee an aerial to land out of grabs except at very low percents. after 35% your opponent will be able to dodge out of it and/or DI away. of course, you can fake people out by faking an aerial and then smashing or tilting their dodge, but it's not guaranteed.
