    You don't need 20XX for this because of the Name Entry-glitch. I'd use 20XX if I had it.

    I really like to waveland into bairs (with or without DJ for movement/changing direction). Yoshi's bair is the key. Kill with uair or sneaky nairs.

    Peach, without doubt. I play Yoshi against every character except Peach. It's not even fun to be that bodied. Seriously a worse matchup than Peach vs IC.

    Grabs cannot be SDI'd (except Puff's fthrow).

    A minor trick that apparently gives Yoshi a slightly smaller frame disadvantage is to choose the higher port number (i.e. reverse port priority), so ideally you need to be P4.

    The best example I can give you are DJC retreating fair/bair of varying speed and height. At times they must be incredibly intricate and delicate to hit the opponent, and that can only be done if you use the control stick only for movement.

    Try to learn to use the c-stick for everything (except nairs ofc). I don't do it, but I understand that it is the best way. It's gonna take a while for me to relearn it that way, but I'm gonna try.

    That is a known glitch/thingy and is easily reproducable. Since Yoshi has already bounced the dthrow is no longer a meteor and can't be meteor canceled. I'm not 100% sure but I think it only works when Falco has his back towards the ledge making Yoshi face outwards.

    Don't be afraid to edgeguard with dair from above. If you get past his rising dj fair/uair, it is very free... and very fun. :D

    It took me a lot of matches to get used to NTSC-Yoshi. The biggest factor to me is the weight, especially how early some attacks breaks his armour. It is a big difference.
