To anyone who has the classic controller: Is it similar to playing with a sole wii-mote? I tried that before and didn't like it too well. I'm worried that I'll wear my gc controller out like I did my first one back with melee. They don't make gc controllers anymore right?

In order for FS to be incorporated into what is generally considered "competitive play", I think a gauge would be appropriate, perhaps something akin to the ones from the Street Fighter Alpha series. Could the gauge be increased by combos or consecutive hits? Maybe it could be time based...

I never really have that long of a wait. If I do, I just leave and brawl with the cpu for a while. I hear that a lot of people have trouble with lag too. I guess I've been lucky for now.

I hate when people at a grocery store are looking for a bag of salad. They sit there forever deciding which one to get, manhandling each bag, crushing pieces of lettuce with their bony, unforgiving fingers. Ugh, once they put dressing on it, it'll all taste the same.

I first tried Lucas after playing a match where I kept seeing recoveries being stopped by pk thunder. I never liked Ness, so I tried Lucas. I started winning more with him, plus he's just fun to play as.

Very useful info. It is basic, but sometimes after brawling for a while with Lucas or any character for that matter, you can get caught up trying to do something and realize that you're not playing your character the way you think you should be. I always keep spacing in mind with pkfire, but...

I never knew these things were so widespread. I remember thinking "Pikachu has a funny looking crouch walk", so I went into basic brawl and started crawling around and waving. Everyone else started taunting and I was like "Oh, okay. Well, that's pretty cool too". Ha!
