Does a hydrant extend your hitbox? In that way you can make sure the Downsmash covers everything on the ledge. (By putting a hydrant against the ledge and destroy it with a downsmash)

My very first two recorded matches. Both are from local tourneys here in the Netherlands. I really notice that it gets inside my head that it is a tourneymatch and that I can't focus properly. Any feedback is welcome as I try to represent PacMan in the Netherlands :)
