Actually, in the US legal system, burden of proof falls upon the prosecutors to cast reasonable doubt on the defenders. So yes, it would be your job to *prove* whether or not they scammed people. But in either case, I'm kinda glad I didn't go... oh, the drama!

I remember from the other thread that this "Flag" that you're talking about resets any time you land "normally." In other words, landing while doing a aerial doesn't affect the flag, but landing it while l-canceling will. Can't remember the details of the thread though.

I don't know if this is still a problem, but in the Doc vids (didn't watch the falco set yet), it seems like you were trying to finish him off with air moves even when he was beyond the % of ftilt -> fair/uair combos. D/U-smashes are effective killers as well. And as said before by a bunch...
