Nintendo has taken plenty of characters that I wouldn't think would make it in a SSB fight, and put them in games, so I wouldn't be too amazed if he's in. I would personally prefer to just see animal crossing items, levels, etc. rather than as playable characters. I espescially like the level idea.

And pichu is just exploding with personality, isn't he? Or Doc? People have to realize that before these games were made, most of these characters weren't very clearly defined. Doctor Mario never actually fought in his own game, and Jigglypuff in the game has a rather different fighting style...

What was Toadsworth's role in super mario sunshine? Wasn't he kind of Peach's guardian/mentor, or something like that? I dunno, it's been a while. If that is the case, I would imagine he'd be her neuter b, thus freeing toad for his own appearance in the game.

I could see shadow being a clone of sonic. They're similar, but not the same, just like any clones in SSBM. I'd like to see Tails in there too, maybe something like Jiggly or Kirby.
