My mindset right now is the same as you. Why get rid of her now? But the counter argument to that is that they may of been trying to hint at it with command and 64 3D so really honestly we can only wait. :/ I just doubt she is gone. Unbelivable? No. Doubtful? Yea.

Like this guy said it wouldn't be hell if star fox got 2 characters because when you think about it they gained a veteran and a newcomer which in the long run means they got one new character. Is it bad for star fox to get 1 newcomer this game? I don't want to steer this thread off topic though...
