i think lack of djc might actually turn out to be beneficial for him since the shield stun in this game is low. It means he can attack the opponent and be far away from him by the time he'd retaliate oos. Mind you this is just theorycrafting on my half.

Even if items were to be included in tourneys, I'd personally not want smash balls to be included. Not because of of perceived lack of balance or anything like that, but simply because they're my least favorite item. When I do FFA item matches with my friends, we turn off sballs. I like items...

Oh yeah, definitely, I'm not saying that I'm expecting a metaknight #2 situation, just that I personally can't take Sakurai's "Samus's top tier you guys" comment at face value at all. As for the topic at hand, this was posted in another thread:

Well when Sakurai decided to leave Brawl's balancing up to himself, we got Metaknight, so I can't say I have the biggest faith in his judgment of Samus' power. I'm sorry but I'm past giving Sakurai the benefit of the doubt.

I really hope that the fifth game brings the best of both. Morrowind was sooooo immerse, it's probably the first time I went "wow" over a game. While Oblivion brought some nice improvements (like the spell system) to the franchise, it was just so bland in comparison. Is there any info on TESV?
