I wish I knew the glory of what is being discussed! Does anyone have an extra code they can PM me for smash3DS?

Gentlemen, I am considering hosting a brawl fest tonight or tomorrow night. Would any of you be interested? I will also be inviting people outside of this thread but I can't say how many people will show up because I'm still panning. I live by the Galleria. Let me know if you would be...

If you go to the tournament today, please refer people to this thread. Several of the guys I spoke with were not familiar with smashboards. I sent several of them links to here so we can have a central place to network with each other.

Illmatic, It is not required to pay the convention fee ($35) in order to participate in the tournament, I only needed to pay the tournament entry fee ($5 yesterday, $10 today). There were about 12 players in the tournament and 1st place won $30. Considering today's tournament is $10 entry fee...

Good to know. One tourney I went to would not let me use my own controller, even though the controller they provided to me wasn't working properly.

I got that info directly from the site under "event search" > "Nintendo events". I won't be able to make it Sat but I will try to make it tonight. Edit: Zero, you did not mess up the entry fee, I did; I read the schedule wrong. I have updated the schedule above.

Zano, thanks for the tip. I realize that the current smash trend is melee and project M, but I didn't realize it has practically replaced brawl. I was introduced into smash bros around the time of the brawl release so my melee skills are laughable and considering the number of hours I have...

    Houston Smash Ultimate Thread

Hello gents, My name is Joel and I play brawl competitively. I am not new to smashboards but I am new to the Houston smash thread/scene. I won't be making the top 10 lists anywhere but I bring good competition. I have recently moved back to Houston and have scrounged up enough free time to be...
