Yea Tough Guy definitely suits Big B more then the rest of the cast. I just wish it was more manageable and didn't give you that slowdown.

Agreed, but it seems to be a MegaMan trait as I play bowser as my main and mega as my secondary I can play 10 matches in a row with 1 person as bowser even 2-stocking them and they stay but most Mega games they dip after 1-2 games or right after they swap to the reflector of choice

It's because your facing away from the stage, this can be tested in training mode, if your facing the stage your up-b will always snap but if your facing away from the stage you will not snap until the attack is done and you go into fortress' falling animation even if you sit right at the edge...
