Title says it all. For me, I've played both of the games in the Jet Set Radio series and they're pretty good, but it just doesn't have the amount of recognition I thought it would have.

As a R.O.B. main, I know for a fact that his side B, Arm Rotor, is rarely used by good players. It's really only used if you wanna be risky with your options or you want to reflect a projectile.
