What would change if Marth Tipper was easier to hit? (General Buff Discussion)
Marth could/would go from a low A tier to a high or to a low S tier if the hitbox was more than 10. One big thing about the tipper is that it can kill with an fsmash at really any percent (above 50), it could just come out of nowhere.
