Hmm thats pretty accurate, I just started playing melee this at the beginning of this year with a bunch of friends. I have to say roy, link and young link were indeed used a lot. Marth and Luigi were also contenders for top tier cuz c-stick/side-b spam is easy. Everything else looked about...

I play a lot against my friend who plays falco, and something that helps a lot is wavedashing away when he approaches, as that leaves him vulnerable for a whole bunch of things. I assume the same can hold for fox, assuming they are being aggressive. If they are lazer camping then its just a gay...

"Don't run into the ****" made me realize how much i actually do it :p, fixing it improved my game a lot.

it depends, leona works really well with aggressive ad carries early on like mf, trist, ez, etc. Lulu is a safer pick but you might as well pick Janna because Janna > lulu everywhere.
