Ya i understand the situational-ness of it all, but that doesnt mean it never happens. I have definitely gotten into situations where there shield was pretty low, and they only thing i could think of is full waft. Think of this as a really small wario intricacy to know, not some huge game...

ya the above is correct. Also to note that it will still hit attacks or intercept projectiles when you are off of it. For example if you hop off your bike, and its momentum carries it over the edge onto a recovering ness, the bike will negate his PK thunder and kill him. (the ball that is)

the move is near useless, but not completely. At low percents it can juggle heavy characters, also it provides a stationary shield of attack on people who are air dodge falling on top of wario. It works as good mindgames to stand there and use this on a falling opponent rather than just fly...
