Both, but if they choose one then definetely X. It's easier to short hop using X for one, and I'm used to wavedashing with X(although I can do it with Y as well).

The only thing I dislike about Yoshi is that you can't short hop his second jump.

Sonic's up B could be similiar to Samus'.

If Roy is dropped, as many have speculated, adding Lyn wouldn't really be increasing the number of swordfighters, merely replacing another sword character. In that case, I'd love to see her in SSBB.

The egg roll is actually rather useful and it serves as a good recovery move in many situations. Try getting knocked way out of the arena, doing your second jump and then using the egg roll in the air. You practically skyrocket back onto the stage.

Fine, if you can show me a reliable source that says Nintendo bought the rights to Geno, then I'll believe you, but until then...no.

I don't see Ridley being in the new smash. That being said, it would be awesome to do a giant melee on Fourside with Ridley and one of the other large characters.

Will would be an awesome addition. The ability to transform into Freedan would be great, we need another character like Zelda who can change forms. Some Illusion of Gaia levels would be great too; they could use the Tower of Babel and have one of the five bosses from the game appear every now...

Nintendo didn't buy Mallow nor Geno...that was a rumor somebody posted on Wikipedia. Nonetheless, Geno would be great in the new Smash.

I just don't see Ridley working well in Smash...

Nintendo doesen't own Geno though, so it's unlikely.
