Personally I doubt this rumor because I've yet to see anything to really back it up. Even if this were true, I find it hard to believe that you would slip up that easily. So how livid would everyone be if they only ended up adding one character from the ballot after all this time? lol.

If this were to be the real deal, then more than likely this find is just hard data done before any real editing. The anime characters would remain, but be ignored and eliminated when turning it into a more visual chart. That's assuming this is real though.

How to predict Nintendo's next move: Imagine your favorite character getting in, maybe even multiple character DLC and a map! Then forget all that nonsense and tone it down to a couple of Mii outfits and maybe a map if they're feeling generous. Predicted.

Yeah, this was a really disappointing patch considering what we were all hoping for. We may get lucky for the ballot, but I wouldn't count on it. Nintendo is awful about wrecking the hype train.
