    That video is from an older version of the game where the combo counter was inaccurate (it assumed more hitstun than the game actually has). A few of those combos could be false as a result.

    I won't be surprised if down throw is far less reliable. It certainly could be due to the image quality, but throughout all the videos I've been seeing of Falco I'm believing that his back air has seen a startup increase; the initial pose is exaggerated.
