Cloud, Mario, and arguably even Sheik seem far more consistent than Diddy, and while Diddy does have the best neutral in the game with banana, I don't feel its good enough personally to rank him...

PS1 totally would be banned if it was brought back. Like, straight up we've got plenty of stages to not need PS1 in the rotation. Yoshi's Story would horribly favor edgeguarders due to the low commitment recoveries of smash 4 allowing characters to literally go to the blast zone for edge guards...

I've seen some good pressure applied with Mismagius. Personally I like Croagunk for campy play.
