really? so i dont have a any region wii or CD or ISO (i can get the iso somewhere though...)

since we dont know how he installed it its possible he made a ISO wich only works if you disable ocarina/hooktype

First of all this is no fake or anything you can run ProjectM 3.5 on Wii PAL This tutorial may also good to install ProjectM3.5 without a CD/broken CD WARNING IF YOU GO TROUGH THE WHOLE TUTORIAL YOU WII WILL BE NTSC AND PAL CD´s WILL NO LONGER WORK You can always change it back to PAL...
