To add to what Kipcom said, the best grab to go for is his pivot grab because even though his JC grab is a lot faster than the dash grab, the pivot grab is a lot faster than his JC grab. It is definitely harder to land the pivot grab but it's less punishable as well.

Just an FYI, Ninten is the playable character in the first game in the Mother series that was only officially released in Japan. The protagonist of EarthBound aka Mother 2 is Ness.

So far I know it works on Yoshi's Island if your on the slope and the top platform, PS2, BF, Dreamland, and FoD on the top platform. Does it work on moving platforms too? I don't know it it was my timing but I couldn't get it to work on Smashville or the moving platforms on FoD.
