if you dtilt them and they dont tech thats pretty much a free flare blitz assuming your within the range for one so pretty much in the low to mid percents even if they do tech it its still free flare blitz if they tech towards you like a fool.

charizards jabs were buffed they use to do 9% but now does 12% so it was buffed by 3% i tested this using the old patch on the 3ds version which still has 1.0.7 so i can confirm its true
