You really don't seem to understand how different it is. Play it first then post your opinion.

The C-stick was not a glitch, and I don't believe L-canceling was either. Wavedashing/Shuffling/Dash dancing being removed didn't bother me as much as those two things.

This game was terrible. It's way too slow, and they removed everything that gave it a competitive edge. They effectively ruined Smash. My impressions may have been heightened if I could at least use a ****ing GameCube controller, but instead I was left with a bad game and worse control. It's a...

Thanks for coming out guys, especially to whoever was in the dorms and brought their copy and mem card. Seriously, that went really well considering someone stole half the games and all the memory cards...

You need a badge to enter any part of the con. And there won't be any practice stations during the tourney (at least not for the first three hours or so). We have the Wii, we have the DS Lite (white), we have the preorder for Brawl paid off, so everything is set. BYOC is fine. Last year the...

They used my machine for the Freestyle part of the tourney. You won right? Anyways, we do have media badges. You can show up on Saturday morning (I suggest 10am for anyone who wants to sign up the day of) and just let the registration people know that you're with whoever (show some...

I still need to pick up the DS Lite, but the other prizes are secured. As for Mario Kart, I don't know what to give for a prize. I was thinking a copy of Brawl, but I'm really not sure.

Just a reminder that the tourney is coming up, and also the appearance of items has been changed to LOW.

I updated with the address. Also it looks the like the Pokemon tourney is getting cut due to problems with hax. Mario Kart DS is a definite.

SoCal 818- Smash Mikomi (Items OFF, winner gets a Wii) 09/08/07

I turned items on because I was expecting Brawl to be out by now, but since it's not, I didn't want to run a tournament identical to last year. There aren't many item tournaments at all, and I want to host at least one big items tournament and bring in some players who have strayed from entering...
