Seeing as how Blazer has super armor from frames 4-10 while the hitbox comes out frame 9, grab coming out frame 7 and Usmash coming out on frame 12, it's definitely not bad. But while it is good I don't think Roy's OoS options should be spammed or anything like that. Blazer is a crazy good...

Yeah I've seen it. I'm just a little annoyed that he would just be gone for over a month and not at least give us a reason as to why. He doesn't have to, but I still find it kinda rude imo. He could at least drop a vague post and be like "life sucks" or something lol, that's what I'd do anyways...
