I can conclude 2 things from this picture. Pikachu has a new spotdodge/landing animation/move, also fox is now able to use down smash up side down and shoot rainbows out of his ass.

that's not true -_- I've seen my smashes just go right through it. I'm talking about beating the move itself...not after it's done. I know that normally everthing beats that move with other characters.

Does anyone know if olimar has a move that beats pikachus quick attack? al smashes don't work and jab only seems to clash.

they were recorded with replay hack it also has the "replay with tags" hack as you already saw probably what do you need to know about the hacks?
