Yeah. D-throw always at the very least puts the opponent in a bad situation where if you read correctly can lead into either big damage or their stock.

When are we going to get together again?

I think it's a bad match up. I play a pikachu regularly and the way I win most against him if usually hard reads and catching him on bad options. But he's hard to gimp, edge guard, rising bairs don't work, can recover from CT stage spikes, combos and has a great advantage state against us.

Is it a true combo?

And if you aren't as skilled as trekker you can play me and probably win while still not having to go up to Houston :)
