    I wouldn't. You can get an everdrive for 80 and have every n64 game plus any mods. When they original carts are going for 50 or 60 it doesn't seem worth the small discount.

    Yes they can, TOs can set whatever rules they want. Some do, some don't. Although reading back up seems like there's been a couple misconceptions. Hyrule was first banned at Apex 2014. Other two were still legal throughout 2014. DL only started at Apex 2015.

    No it won't, that has never been what this is. I don't personally care too much sonic bros, but nothing like second thing exists, so it wins by default. Unless you're planning on making something like that....

    There isn't a standard, better version. My understanding is the current best solution is to get kaillera on the most recent version of pj64, so we need someone with both the knowledge and the desire to get that done.
