Not exactly sure where you are in northern Maryland, but Xanadu hosts tournaments for both of those games in Laurel. Singles Meetups in Northern VA
Most people organize Melee events on Facebook nowadays. I recommend that you join the MD/VA Melee group on Facebook. There are weekly Melee events at The Cave in Fairfax, VA on Mondays, GMU has weekly events on Fridays with free entry, and there are some weekend tournaments coming up soon...- Bob bomb

Best secondary for falco?
If you are looking for a secondary to cover Falco's bad match-ups, then you shouldn't really need one because he doesn't really have a significant disadvantage (if at all) against anybody. If you are looking for a secondary to have more positive match-ups overall, then you have a few options...
