Nah, there a lot of Industrial rock bands, Econoline Crush, Nine Inch Nails, Marilyn Manson, etc. RATM are the total opposite, they prove you don't need electronic (drum machines, synthesizers, samplers, etc.) to make weird sounds, not to mention their sound is more raw.
