That's why I said it's not viable in tourney for most players, but it's good knowledge to get out there. You never know who might figure something out with it.

the point of this tech is that at the soft hit of nair locks them into this combo that leads into a grab. the d tilt acts affects them differently after the first hit of nair. dunno why.

I don't know if this has been found by anyone or if it's as confirmed as I think it is, but I was messing around with marth in training mode and practicing my L-canceling and I found that the soft hit of nair into d tilt will not knock down a fox up to over 200% and it can lead into a grab. I...

Since this appears to be Ness' biggest weakness, Let's brain storm alternate option for getting back from either offstage or from the ledge. what do you think his best options are?

I would imagine that this is a terrible matchup. Shulk can out range Marth, has a better recovery especially with his jump buff, and can generally outclass Marth in most things. If anyone has a strategy to help against Shulk, I'd love to hear it.

Interesting note for spacing out his dash attack, the first hit of the dash attack (the one closest to his body) Spikes downward. the second hit (the middle point) does no knockback at low percents and at higher percents knocks away from Ness. The last hit (furthest away from him) launches...
