i don't see why you wouldn't set a time limit. better to set the rules before a tournament starts than to do so during the tournament. this is brawl, matches can last long especially in a tournament where people are willing to camp because they are PLAYING TO WIN. lol. do you know hard it is...

Do the Japanese and U.S. versions of Brawl use the same save file on the Wii, or does the Wii recognize them as two different games and makes a save file for each individual one?

I've tested Wario's UpB again it works. Timing is very hard though, doing it too early or late will get you caught in it. I was only able to land it like twice out of 20 attempts. When it does connect you still get by his UpB but he'll still get spiked. For the record this can be teched, but...
