I'm pretty sure that the current smash 3 wario has that nose spec as I updated the smash 3 wario shaders myself; I bet you didn't downloaded the updated one from the smash 3 thread.

smash 3 team didn't made any shader updates to lucas, he only got some smash 4 added recolors

This custom roy model it's using a custom sword based on his smash 4 appearance. The sword trail looks fine during the gameplay and still matches up with the vanilla fitroy.pac; I would suggest to try to use the fitroy.pac included in the zip and see if it fixes it

as for now there is only a project M version, the brawl version might be made in the future
