Maybe, but how do you only finish 3% and 83% of a level, or even a world unless there's nearly 30 levels in that world. Do you get a certain percent depending on your physical progress in one level. That would mean that if you died after only going through 3% of the level, you start the level...

Look at the top right, only 3% done. Look at the lop left, Skyworld is being selected and has a green flag on it, while there is another level to the right that has a exclamation point on it. It seems like only Skyworld has been completed, and there's one new one with the exclamation mark...
