Let's be real; there is absolutely the possibility that Nintendo will do a paid DLC for Mario Kart World regardless of its base price tag. Especially if it sells gangbusters.

I do have to admit, a lot of us are hyping up Sonic Racing Crossworlds as being cheaper, but it does have a Digital Deluxe Edition, so if the base game is $60 and DX is $20 dollars more, a lot of us would be paying $80 anyway. Sega hasn’t actually announced the pricing yet, though, so I’m merely spectating.

(Although, it does have the advantage for me of not needing to buy a new console since I already have a good PC, plus PC doesn’t require a $20 subscription for online.)
