Smashboards is provided by Equistellar Media, Inc. as a service. They are not responsible for any user-generated content, including posts, messages and other actions. Any content submitted by users expresses the views of their author only.

By creating an account on our website, you must submit information that includes a username, password, email address and date of birth. Smashboards reserves the right to revoke or prevent accounts from being created based upon any details of your account upon registration.

Availability

Smashboards is designed as an entertainment and informational website. We are not responsible for decisions you make upon reading something on our website. Content and actions you make here must abide by our other policies (see “Privacy Policy” and “Additional Policy” below).

This service is available to users who are at least 13 years old; if you are younger than 13 years old, please do not register for this website. If you register for this website, you represent that you are this age or older and are thus eligible to use our service. Accounts that are found to be in violation of this will be removed; if you are aware of a user who is in violation of this agreement, contact us in the Help From A Smashboards Admin forum and we will take the necessary measures to remove a child’s personal data.

Content

All content that you submit, upload or make available to Smashboards may be reviewed by the staff at any time and modified or removed if found in violation of our rules. Do not submit and post any private or confidential information to this website. You are responsible for the content and any resulting harm that your content or conduct may create. Equistellar Media and the staff of this website reserve the right to take action against accounts at any time (see “Forum Rules” in “Additional Policy” below).

By using Smashboards, you grant us a non-exclusive, permanent, irrevocable and unlimited license to use, publish or republish your content in connection with the service, but retain copyright over any content you own. By creating an account on our website, you must submit information that includes a username, password, email address and birthday. Smashboards reserves the right to revoke or prevent accounts from being created based upon your email provider at its own discretion.

Any graphics, images, website layouts and other content owned by Smashboards may not be utilized for unauthorized commercial use or reproduction without our permission.

By posting content, you represent that your content does not violate copyright, trademark or personal or proprietary rights of any other party of individual, and we retain the right to remove content we deem infringing upon the copyright of others. Advertisements

Smashboards uses third-party advertising companies to give ads to users when they visit the website; Premium users do not see these advertisements. These websites may obtain non-Personally Identifying Information (content that excludes data that would allow an individual to directly identify you) about your visits to this and other websites to provide relevant advertisements to you.

Advertisements are expected to not include the following:

• Cookies that obtain and track personally identifiable data.
• Content that violates our guidelines, such as including uninitiated audio, pop ups, or automatic re-directions.
• Content that violates our Terms of Service.
