what are the best zero suit stage choices

Some good ones in the gameboy advances titles where she left her suit behind.(forgot what its called metroid gb advance was called) The ship she escaped from after fighting a robot like riddley(not sure if it was a riddley robot) would be a good idea for a stage idea. Wasnt sure what you meant by stage choice if it was the already decided stages in smash 4 is best or new ideas. Like the 2d scroll metroids more is why recall better ideas from them. Could see that robot in the back as smash action is happening from particular gb advance title. Or new background with samus snes version ship as it first landed on the planet with the dark rainy setting.

what are the best zero suit stage choices

Small stages, mostly. YS, FOD, Wario Ware, Green Hill Zone. Her recovery makes Lylat a good gimmic stage vs the fast fallers.

BF, PS2, Yoshi's Island, Dreamland tend to be fairly neutral picks for ZSS. These stages are fine too. Try not to let a Falcon/Falco/Fox player take you to these stages, though.

Try to avoid FD, Sky World, and Smashville. ZSS is a character that heavily benefits from multiple tiers of platforms. Her recovery is also augmented by stages with large walls such as YS, FOD, GHZ, Yoshi's Island, etc.
