Grab release CG squirtle to the ledge. This must be buffered all the way across. You don't need to do any damage. When you are standing on the ledge and Squirtle is standing past the ledge, release him, and we begin our journey.

Frame 1 is the first frame Squirtle is released.
On frame 30, you can first act.
buffer a full dash off the ledge, and let go.
On frame 32, you have to start the paralyzer as you're falling.
Squirtle can start to air dodge on frame 52.
His air dodge takes 3 frames to start. He is invincible on frame 55.
Your projectile comes out on frame 22. You'll be right next to him when it comes out.
32+22=54

Then just jump on his head. His upb barely reaches the ledge, just tether it. I would like confirmation from someone else, but I'm almost 100% sure he can't come back because he's too low and too far away.

I don't think it would come out too early. I actually didn't try it.

The dash MUST be buffered, the nb I'm not sure.

Keep in mind if you buffer a dash and nb you get sideb instead.

Are you sure? O.o
Remember, it's possible to buffer them both without them being on back-to-back frames. Flick analog forward on frame 5 or 6, press B on frame 9 or 10 of buffer window.

Doesn't work? Oh well, we don't have to buffer it anyway. :D

V does it look like it would kill squirtle? I mean it sends him really low, I don't think a efw characters with better recovery could make it.

Whenever I tried, I would barely make it to the ledge but it was tethered.

Remember; unlike Falco he doesn't have his DJ in this example.
Of course if we grab him out of his DJ then he's definitely dead.

And since in the video it looks like he gets hit by the paralyzer at roughly the same height as an offstage dsmash would hit him...it looks like he would only die if he didn't have his DJ or we were ballsy enough to dair him out of his upB and it worked for whatever reason LOL

Yeah, but he can drift towards the stage while falling from the footstool...and Squirtle's horizontal air speed is one of the best in the game.
