Morning girls. How's everyone doing? :4zelda:

My sister and her boyfriend are going home now, so I'll be starting on my University work by printing out my current assignment and look through it all and go through it with my support tomorrow at lunch time.

Also, seems like Cloud has a glaring weakness with his Up B now (Thanks to Beefy Smash Doods). He cannot tech after frame 18 and onwards during his Up B, meaning if he gets staged spike below 100% with a strong enough move, he cannot tech. But if he gets into the spinning animation above 100%, he can tech. Seems like Cloud is already the new Little Mac outside of Limit. :secretkpop:

I still fascinated about Cloud being in smash. It's never about Cloud being OP. Its about Cloud being ****ing awesome, and distracting me.

Warning - it's in Japanese. I only stumbled across it by luck.
I couldn't figure out if there was a way to directly download the pictures, so I just took screenshots and threw them into gimp for transparency.
or at least 2 and 3, haven't played 1/4 (though I own 4) and I didn't really care for EOU/ignored EOU2.

eo2 and eo3 are among my favorite RPGs though
I absolutely love EO4, it's actually what really got me into the series. I'd definitely say it's worth checking out.

EOU2 is definitely an improvement from EOU, IMO. Grimoire stones are a less of a pain to deal with, and all the classes in classic mode are viable to some degree. And since there's so many of them in that game, there's a ton of options for team building.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to enjoy the DS games to their fullest. I really want to, but since I started with the 3DS games, I find the short field of vision and lack of animations really off putting. I'll probably suck it up and get around to finishing EO3 one of these days though, because I actually did have a ton of fun with it.

EOIV > EOUII > PQ (Persona-themed spin off built on the EO engine) > EOUI

In terms of the 3DS Etrian games. Mystery Dungeon really depends on how much you like Mystery Dungeon more than Etrian Odyssey.

Alternatively, don't push yourself. One of the best things about EOIV was that it fixed so many of the problems EO3 had. I'd honestly rank EO3 second to last.

But that also means you don't know the terror of floors filled with unknown floating balls of death, which is a shame.

I just finished watching that trailer. Time to give my overall thoughts on each Pokemon and new mechanic! :yeahboi:

I do like Rowlet's new evolution Dartrix, it reminds me of a butler for some reason. Torracat looks rather cool to be honest, though I will still be sticking with the Water Starter. Speaking of which, Brionne looks rather cute, looking forward to seeing how Popplio's final evolution looks like in game.

The fact that they brought back Mega Evolutions is awesome. Now I can probably still use the teams I raised and made back in Gen 6. (Hears that they are banned from VGC 17) Even better, but I can probably assume that none of the Gen 7 Pokemon and Alola forms will have Mega Evolutions, which is all for the better. Until VGC 18 comes around and allows Mega Evolutions. :V

So the Festival Plaza is the alternative to the Super Training we did back in Gen 6, I'm cool with that. Allows us to actually do something more fun than just point and tap, also seeing a Tauros run around and cause havoc in that Festival was kinda funny. I do like the whole idea with Evelup and Pelago, though I am curious if that is how we can get Pokemon with Hidden Abilities, or if we'll have a Friend Safari like before. Finally, Ash-Greninja. Eh, it looks cool and all, but I'll probably not use it. And we can agree that Greninja and Charizard are the only starter Pokemon that have 3 Abilities now (Torrent, Protean and Battle Bond with Greninja. Blaze, Tough Claws and Drought with Charizard).

Correction, I'm wrong. Charizard has the most abilities out of all the starters at 4. Blaze, Solar Power, Tough Claws and Drought. :V

About that
From Torracat's page on the official site:
"The cat punch that this Pokémon can dish out with its strong forelegs is extremely powerful. It can bend iron bars and knock out large men with a single blow!"
:v

I swear they only added Ash-Greninja because so many people wanted it. I still find it freaky and weird, but I can just ignore it or something I guess. I always thought the anime took place in a separate world from the video games and that Ash didn't exist in the video game world, but I guess that fanservice knows no bounds.

Not fond of any of the second stages, but I won't freak out because I don't like the starter's awkward middle school stage.

Festival plaza doesn't look to exciting, but we'll see.

The Poke Pelago can make me feel less awful by shoving hundreds of little monsters into empty storage boxes for the rest of their lives! Too bad I'll be holding most of them in Pokemon Bank for the free battle points.

And the special demo is October 18th? Well, at least there was something in this trailer to get me excited. I'm still really looking forward to this game.

I did play through the first two stratum, and I enjoyed it, though not as much as I enjoyed EOIV of course. I just usually have a problem finishing old games is all, no matter how much I enjoyed them. It's weird, but I usually just can't bring myself to play them all the way through unless they're short like a platformer. It took me ages to finish Fire Emblem 7 and I loved that game to bits.

Sailing at sea was kind of a pain after experiencing the freedom that was IV's airships, but I never got too frustrated with that.

Or maybe I'll just wait until the inevitable EOU3.

So, my mother bought a gaming chair for me as a birthday gift and it was expensive as hell.

Is there really anything special about those chairs or did my mother just waste a ton of money into a surprise gift that, while I do appreciate the intent, makes me feel bad due to how much of a waste it is?

My mom got a gaming chair for herself for some reason. Knowing her, it was probably just on sale or something. The freaking thing doesn't even stand up on its own...

It has speakers, which is cool I guess? I don't see why that's needed when headphones are a thing.

Not really, no.

The brand name, mostly.

Like, it was probably more expensive than a chair of similar quality, but you should look at it more as her trying to get you a nice comfy chair for your birthday, and only feel bad about the relative difference in price between the gaming chair and a normal chair.

I like all the evos. Seal Gorl is the cutest. I hope they do something different where the seal is at least 75% female/25% male, but they probably won't. Men can wear frilly dresses too anyways.

It seems like they are trying to bring an amalgamation of Gen 5's Join Avenue and Gen 4's Mini-Game Plaza into the game too. I suppose I'm alright with that, since they weren't bad to begin with. With 3DS's way of handling friends and spot passes, it will probably be better overall in terms of implementation and interactivity.

Oh no! Have some stronger cringe to override the cringe you are currently experience, sis. You'll feel worse better in no time!
