Who is Vlad Plasmius:
Vlad Plasmius, also known by his human name Vlad Masters, is a recurring antagonist in Danny Phantom. Formerly a college buddy of Danny's parents, Jack and Maddie, a lab accident involving a prototype ghost portal that they all developed would change his life forever. Even though the lab accident left him hospitalized for years with ecto-acne, it also granted him ghost powers similar to Danny's, making Vlad the first human/ghost hybrid we see aside from Danny. However, instead of becoming a hero, Vlad used his powers selfishly to gain an incredible amount of wealth and influence over the course of 20 years. Vlad also grew to resent Jack Fenton, both for afflicting him with his condition and for supposedly ruining his chance to be in a relationship with Maddie, with whom he also had romantic feelings for. Vlad is shown to be intelligent, ruthless, and power hungry, not hesitating to use his ghost powers in ways that Danny wouldn't consider. Throughout the show Vlad tries to humiliate/destroy Jack while also trying to win over Maddie. Once he finds out that Danny has similar powers to his own, he also tries to sway Danny to his side and fashion him as both an apprentice and a surrogate son.

Why Vlad Plasmius:
Vlad is in a very good place regarding character speculation since Danny Phantom is already playable. Plus NASB needs more villain representation, and since Vlad is among Nick's more iconic villains, his chances are better than most. He also has a similar powerset to Danny with some tricks of his own, such as duplication, so crafting a moveset for him would be easier than making one from scratch.

How Would He Play:
I picture that Vlad Plasmius would play similarly to Danny Phantom, with quick aerial options and some ranged options with his ectoplasm blasts. However, I feel he should be more technical than Danny, reflecting the fact that he's had a lot more time to hone his powers. Instead of wide-reaching attacks like ghostly wail, Vlad could focus on more precise but deadly attacks that rely on reading opponents to be used to their full effectiveness. Perhaps he could have a special that creates clones that can mirror his actions, rewarding him for setting up a clone in the correct spot and anticipating where an enemy would go.

I support! Vlad Plasmius is my most wanted Nick villain to join NASB! He’s one of the greatest Nickelodeon villains of all time (definitely in the top 5, in my opinion). It just doesn’t feel right to not have Vlad and more villains on the roster!

Entrance Animation: Teleports into the field in a green mist swirl

Light Attack: Backhand
Light Up Attack: Uppercut
Light Down Attack: punches the ground and double spin kicks with his fist still in the ground
Light Air Attack: Dark Ring Burst - weaker version of Danny’s strong attack
Light Up Air Attack: Plasmic Loop - weaker version of Danny’s strong attack
Light Down Air Attack: Foot Stomp - preforms a double foot stomp similar to Ganon
Light Dash Attack: Lunging Strike - charges forward and punches the ground

Strong Attack: Ghost Shield - creates a square pink shield and throws out his hand with it on the end. Gives reflected projectiles more power
Strong Up Attack: Energy Strike - powers up his fist with pink ecto-energy and delivers a more powerful uppercut
Strong Down Attack: Ecto-Sword - creates an ecto-energy sword and thrusts it into the ground, swinging it forward and throwing up debris
Strong Air Attack: Ghost Tornado - spins around rapidly in place in a pink tornado, multi-hit attack
Strong Up Air Attack: Aerial Energy Strike
Strong Down Air Attack: Ghost Ray - fires a double handed beam of ecto-energy downwards, long range but more precise
Strong Dash Attack: Ecto-Twister - spins around rapidly in a pink tornado covering a good distance

Neutral Special: Ghost Ray Disk-throws a disk of ecto-energy that covers a good distance
Up Special: Teleportation-disappears and reappears in a cloud of pink mist
Down Special: Duplication: flies backwards leaving a clone where he was. The clone disappears after a second. If an opponent attacks the clone, it trips them up, leaving them open to attack

Taunt-He crosses his arms and creates a duplicate and both yawn in a mocking manner while facing each other
Victory Animation: Dances with a Maddie Fenton hologram
Losing Animation: Lies on the ground defeated while Jack Fenton with his power gloves stands on top of him triumphantly
