As some people had noticed from E for All was that some characters seemed to have more than 1 taunt. Todays update explains that every character now has 3, an Up, Side and Down taunt.
With Wii Remote + Nunchuk control, taunts are handled with the 1 Button (up taunt), the 2 Button (down taunt) and the 1 and 2 Buttons simultaneously (side taunt).

Don’t forget of course, that you can add that speach bubble thing when playing friends.
