Young Link? Link? BOTH?

Which combination of characters played works best? Discussion is advised.

I play/prefer YL because of his speed and his gimmicks (some of which link doesn't have) *i think*
And considering Im a pikachu main who also plays Spacies, YL is more enjoyable than link for me

I always feel so stuck and limited when I play Link. Young Link is far more enjoyable in my opinion.

Also he brings on the HYPE.

It might actually be wise to pick up a pocket Link just because Link's matchup with Marth might be more manageable than YL vs Marth.

If you want to CP Marth, just pick up Fox or Falco. Link still struggles with Marth; if you would only want to play Link for the Marth matchup, you should just play a character who can play the matchup better.
