I decided to get some useful stuff from Susa's old project (That was never continued) and re-post it. Thankfully since we're so special, he did Yoshi first before he was banned.
I did no work in this.

"High" is what happens when your opponent mashes out unusually quickly (or as quickly as possible? I'm not sure), and "Average" is roughly the what you can expect from most opponents that will try to mash out.

Edit: Taking another look at the data, it looks like "High" represents the fastest break-outs the game will allow. I've never seen anybody break out of my grab before I can pummel anywhere near 98%. :x

Thanks. Even average looks pretty fast to me, I'll probably use average as my guide

Wouldn't this have made more sense to put into a guide thread or the research thread? And not sure, nade. What do i call you? lol
Most people say OUMN or Nades, you're Celes right?

Also, where was this found?

Yep call me Celes. And ummmmmmm Susa posted this a while back. He was making a big thread with the pummel data on every character i think. Try searching it.

Average looks like a good starting point, but keep in mind that it's very player dependent. Players who are pro-active with regards to breaking out of grab releases will give you far fewer pummels than those numbers imply. People I play with regularly who use CGable characters won't often let me get a pummel below 30-40%, for example.

The people I play are pretty bad at escaping (if only they were better) like... 5 pummels under 50%

And it looks like the only data SuSa finished was Yoshi's...
