0 - CliffCatch 6
1 - LedgeJump
14 - DoubleJumps towards stage
15 - Aerial (Dair in gif)
17 - Land (autocancel)
21 - Can now move/attack
32 - Tangible

Maximum 11 intangible actionable frames

In comparison a perfect ledgejump wavedash grants 5 intangible actionable frames

There are many setups that work, here are the useful ones

Dair
DoubleJump on Frame # | Dair on Frame # | Land on Frame # | Act on Frame # | Maximum Intangible Actionable Frames

14 | 15 | 17 | 21 | 11
14 | 16 | 18 | 22 | 10
14 | 17 | 19 | 23 | 9
14 | 18 | 19 | 23 | 9
14 | 19 | 20 | 24 | 8
14 | 20 | 21 | 25 | 7
14 | 21 | 22 | 26 | 6

15 | 16 | 21 | 25 | 7
15 | 17 | 22 | 26 | 6
15 | 18 | 23 | 27 | 5
Later possible, but useless because < 5

Fair
DoubleJump on Frame # | Fair on Frame # | Land on Frame # | Act on Frame # | Maximum Intangible Actionable Frames

14 | 15 | 18 | 22 | 10
14 | 16 | 19 | 23 | 9
14 | 17 | 20 | 24 | 8
14 | 18 | 20 | 24 | 8
14 | 19 | 21 | 25 | 7
14 | 20 | 22 | 26 | 6

15 | 16 | 21 | 25 | 7
15 | 17 | 22 | 26 | 6
15 | 18 | 23 | 27 | 5
Later possible, but useless because < 5

You can use any aerial. Dair is the fastest, fair and upair are second fastest, bair is slow. Nair works a bit differently, as you actually throw out a hitbox before you land, so instead of autocancel landing you get nair landing lag. You can still do the nair and be intangible by the time you can move/attack, but it's pretty tas-like.

I recommend dair or fair. I found the easiest way to perform this is to hit:

:GCX: --> :GCDR: (hold) -->:GCX:-->:GCZ:
X to Ledgejump, downward diagonal (slightly more down) to ensure you doublejump towards the stage and position yourself for a dair, then X > Z in quick succession to DoubleJump > Dair. You could instead just hold right to do the fair, but you are sacrificing an intangible frame. Obviously you can swap X for Y and Z or A, or you could have some crazy custom inputs.

This tech works with the >100% LedgeJump but you won't get any intangible actionable frames because of the longer animation.

I dont have all the frame data, but here is my interpretation of this technique. Im pretty sure if done TAS you get intangibility, DJ armor, and a hit box back to back

Ledge Jump-DJ-nair-FF-l cancel-shield

I found this easier to do than what was originally posted

UPDATE: so I've been using this tech in battle and have found that my opponents can't punish it. If I do it correctly I almost always get on stage for free. If I mess up and just do the dj nair I usually get back like 75% of the time
