Y.Link+Cel Link, One Character???

Well, this is an extremely off beat idea, and it will inevitably be flamed. However, I hope you can see the creativity in it and look beyond it's flaws.

Well, Y.Link could be a returning veteran character. If this was the case, I would want his A moves to be slightly tweaked, his ^B to be the Jump Attack, and his FS would be the Fierce Deity Mask. Now, what would his other moves be?

Well, 2 moves, his side B and down B would havehim transform into a Zora and Goron respectively. Now, his B move instead, would have him take out the Wind Waker and transform into Cel-Link.

All of these cahracters would only have 3 special moves and fiecre deity would be the common FS.

Please accept the creativity, and flame, but don't scorch.

I hope I don't sound like I'm flaming, but you've never played Wind Waker, have you? The Wind Waker doesn't transform anyone. And combining three different characters who aren't the same character is absurd. Sorry to sound harsh, but no.

no it wouldn't work
i have play wind waker through and cell shaded link would need a whole differnt moveset plus all special attacks and it would be weird links head would grow to big
but the young link idea was good

I don't think you understood what he said, even though it was explicitly obvious in the thread title.

Y.Link from Majora's Mask + Cel Link, so basically just Y.Link from MM rendered in Wind Waker style.

Of course, it's not a very plausible idea.

Thread starter mentioned the Wind Waker (item) itself, I think you might have misunderstood. But I'm not here to start arguments, so whatever.

So if his 3 b moves have him transform, what's left?

I'm aware that the WW doesn't have any transformng properties, I just think that it would be interesting if both Link's were incorporated. I myself would atually prefer WW Link as a sperate character. Here is my moveset for him:

^B Deku Leaf
>B Wind Waker
vB Phantom Hourglass (creates Safety Zone where he is immune to projectiles)
B Tingle Tuner (move Tingle icon to drop bombs)
Alternate B (as in another possiblity) Fire Sword Bea (Launches a sword beam)

FS Phantoms (3 phantoms are summones. Draw paths for them to move and hit foes).

Alternate FS Hurricane Spin: Spins rapidly across the stage. After the attack is complete he is dizzy for a brief period of time.

I think he means that your young link from melee and that you can transform in WW link with N b and transform with b> and down b to a zora and a goron. I think it doesn't make any sense first why only a zora and a goron and not deku link second it would be weird to transform from young link MM to young link WW third It's a little strange if a character get's six forms (Oni deku goron zora normal WW) link

Well having those Links transform into each other is like having Marth transform into Roy and Ike, or Mario into Luigi. They aren't the same characters, so it just doesn't work.
