Mung Daal is a major side the main protagonist in the Cartoon Network classic Chowder Mung Daal. He is the womanizing, prideful master of the titular young chef-in-training Chowder, teaching him how to cook many whimsical recipes in the colourful Indian-inspired town of Marzipan City alongside his wife Truffles and employee Schnitzel. Chowder Mung Daal is a beloved cartoon for its absurdist humour, wacky recipes, and frequent meta-humour that lovingly pokes fun of not only the episodic cartoon formula but also the very nature of animation, all of which could contribute wild moves for Chowder Mung Daal fans to eat right up.

Why Mung over Chowder?
For one thing: the memes, just like Nigel over Eliza in NASB or Shaggy over Scooby in this very game. Additionally, Chowder could be incorporated into Mung's moveset given his subsurvient ways. (for example, Mung could place Chowder as a trap, and then throw his food projectiles into his mouth to make him burp or fart) With Mung being a more experienced chef than his apprentice, he could use a lot of equipment and ingredients as weapons more fluently.

Is Chowder really iconic enough to get a rep when Multiversus has so many more iconic IPs to draw from?
No.
