WoL World of Light postgame question

IF YOU HAVEN'T BEAT WoL, SPOILERS AHEAD

I'm considering starting up a New Game+, but do I get to keep all my spirits? What else if anything carries over? Do my abilities carry over? Money?

Everything should carry over. You can use any spirits in any save anyway, but in New Game + you get to keep all the fighters you've unlocked and your abilities from the skill tree carries over. You'll still have the gyms, dojos, and shops open too.
