As long as they play differently enough I don't really care much about the clones. What irks me, though is the fact that three characters have the same Final Smash. If that isn't uninspired I don't know what is.
Other than that, I wouldn't say "only" 35 characters. It's more than enough if you ask me. I just can't wait for the game :D
